When is ACFI?

ACFI begins Monday, May 21, and programming ends the evening of Saturday, May 26. Early bird and regular Registration includes 6 nights of lodging from Monday night to Sunday morning.

When does registration end?

Early bird registration closes Saturday, March 31. Register now!. Regular registration closes Sunday, May 6. Register early!

Where is ACFI this year?

ACFI will be at University of Florida in Gainesville.

What is the cost for ACFI?

Early registration costs $299. It includes lodging, and lunch and dinner each day.

Regular registration costs $320, and covers lodging, and lunch and dinner each day.

There is a $50 registration option for Saturday only. It includes lunch and dinner for Saturday only.

Is there are group discount for ACFI?

If you are registering a group of five or more, please contact acf.institute@gmail.com for a group discount.

Where will we be staying?

Attendees will be lodged in Cypress Hall Dorms. NO LINENS WILL BE PROVIDEDso be sure to bring your own bedding/sleeping bag, pillow, and towels. 

Each floor has a shared kitchen.

Cypress Hall rooms are configured in suites: two rooms share one bathroom, and each room contains two beds.

What meals will be provided?

If you register for the full week, lunch and dinner will be provided each day. If you register for Saturday, lunch and dinner will be provided to you for Saturday alone.

University of Florida has several locations from which you can purchase food for a morning meal. You can keep this food in your dorm and prepare it for breakfast.

I'm driving to ACFI. Where should I park?

Parking will be available. Please contact us at acf.institute@gmail for more information about parking at ACFI.

I'm flying to ACFI. Into which airport should I fly?

Gainesville Airport (GNV) is only a 20-minutes drive from the University of Florida in Gainesville. Alternatively, you can fly to Jacksonville Airport (JAX), albeit Jacksonville is 90 minutes by car from ACFI.

How do I get from the airport to ACFI?

ACF is arranging transportation options from the airport to ACFI. We will update this FAQ as we approach the event.

I live outside the USA. Can I get a visa to come to ACFI?

Canadians can travel to the USA without a visa. For additional visa inquiries, contact the NAD Youth and Young Adult Director, Tracy Wood, at TracyWood@nadadventist.org or call +1 (503) 850-6623.

My school is on the quarter system, and I can't get away from classes for a full week. What do I do?

We can work with you! Contact us at acf.institute@gmail.com and explain your situation, and we can work out an arrangement for a reduced rate for part of the week.
