2023 ACF Institute FAQs
ACF Institute is a gathering for the North American Division Adventist Christian Fellowship Leaders and Public Campus Ministers for networking and leader-training that is not available at union or conference leadership conventions.
Each year the ACF Institute is held on a public campus with the exception of 2020 and 2021 because of the COVID-19 pandemic. This year's institute will be at Carleton University - 1125 Colonel By Dr, Ottawa, ON K1S 5B6, Canada.
Students who are leaders in their ACF chapter. This could be President, Vice-President, or any other leadership role in your ACF Chapter. This event is also open for students that have no chapters at their public university and would like to start one.

In-person Registration is $25 per person (includes dorm lodging, meals & resources). In-person Registration is open through July 10, 2023.
There is no virtual registration. We will broadcast a live feed on this website of theGeneral Sessions. We are not offering any virtual programming besides that.
Dormitory lodging is covered by NAD Public Campus Ministries budget through registration. Registration closes on July 10, 2023.
Room types are 2 twin beds per room, with a shared washroom between 2 rooms.
Hotel lodging is on your own. There are many hotels around the university campus.
Canadian students traveling from outside of Ontario should contact their conference youth director to see if travel funds are available.
Students traveling from the US can go to https://bethearc.com/ and apply for funds to cover the cost of attendance. Click the apply tab and fill out the information.
ARC is a US-based foundation for ministry on public university campuses, and can only apply funding for students studying in the United States.
The virtual experience will include IG Live social media coverage (@acfnad) during the morning devotionals, and live stream feed of the general sessions and worship programming through the ACFLink.org website
There are no Zoom workshops available. No registration necessary to view the live stream.
